Clients of leading engineering, sciences and project delivery firm, Sinclair Knight Merz (SKM) will soon have access to the very latest in mobile 3D laser scanning technology.

SKM has purchased a Riegl VMX-250 mobile laser scanning system through Australian distributor CR Kennedy.

The 3D Scanner, which can be mounted on the roof of a vehicle, is used for a variety of applications such as the mapping of roadways and rail corridors, waterways, ports and harbours, as well as extended urban areas.
